"FIND THE SHAMROCKS" throughout the flea market. There's a prize for the WINNER of the most Shamrocks found. Go shopping for a plethora of amazing treasures under one roof: from hand crafted items, all occasion greeting cards, leather goods, women’s clothing, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, readers, watches, shoes, gourmet chocolates and popcorn, baskets for all occasions, and many more items too numerous to mention. With OVER 150 BOOTHS!!
A visit to LAMP & LIGHT CANDLE where you’ll enjoy a demonstration on how candles are carved. The scents last forever! It is a must start in Amish Country. A small green candle is included for you to take home. Depart for lunch and show at the AMISH COUNTRY THEATRE. Enjoy a delicious traditional St. Paddy’s Day feast: all made by local Amish Cooks, followed by a fun new show entitled, “WHEN AMISH EYES ARE SMILING”. Last stop of the day is WALNUT CREEK CHEESE, where you’ll enjoy a bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
End the day experiencing a showcase of the most delicious foods of Amish Country. The Deli is chock full of local cheeses and deli meats. Folks bring coolers to haul home pork chops, hamburger, steaks & chicken. The bakery is filled with melt-in-your-mouth dinner rolls, homemade breads, cookies and bursting with fruit pies.
