Myers Coach Lines and the tour operator(s) shall not be required to refund any portion of fares or other charges nor make any other compensation under these circumstances. The passenger will be responsible for any increase in government taxes, fees or fuel surcharges.

Any individual needing special assistance on any of our tours is asked to notify Myers Coach Lines at the time you reserve your seat so that we may attempt to provide the type of arrangements you require. Although we can make arrangements for handicapped accessible rooms, wheelchair accommodation, and so on, we will not provide personal care or mobility assistance.
