Tour Department
Payment Policy:
One Day tours- Paid in full within 7 days of booking date.
Multi-Day Tours - Deposit due within 7 days of booking date. Remaining balance to be paid 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Local Casino tours are non-refundable. However, if you can’t go on the tour you choose, we allow you to reschedule another Casino tour of equal value.
If you cancel 45 days or more prior to departure date a full refund is given, unless there are any non-refundable items. If you choose to cancel we will need a written letter or a confirmed email sent to judy@myerscoachlines.com. Please include your name, the tour name and departure date, and reason for cancellation. If you choose to email, please call to confirm that we have received your email.
♦ If you cancel with less than 45 days till the scheduled departure date, the trip is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Responsibility:
Myers Coach Lines acts as an agent arranging hotel and other accommodations. We are not responsible for any articles left on any coach, hotel or location so be sure to check for any personal belongings before you leave.
Cancelled Tours:
Myers Coach Lines reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not met the minimum number of reservations. We always try to avoid cancellations, if at all possible, as we understand the inconvenience to you, our Valued Customer! Feel free to ask about any additional departure dates!
Passenger Requirements:
For complete safety and well-being of all passengers, any person may be dismissed from any tour without refund at any time by our office, driver or escort if we feel his or her conduct is not in harmony with the rest of the passengers. Our drivers and tour escorts are not responsible for any passenger that may need extra special assistance. If you need any personal assistance when traveling you will be responsible for booking and paying for an assistant to travel with you as needed.
**Tour prices and itineraries may change based on circumstances beyond our control.
**Myers Coach Lines is not responsible for any changes made by tour receptive operators or tour wholesale companies. Every effort is made to follow the planned itinerary; however, it is subject to change due to weather, traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Myers Coach Lines shall not be required to refund any portion of charges nor make any other compensations under these circumstances.
Charter Department
Cancellation: 30 days notice of departure date required for full refund. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the departure date, the deposit will not be refunded and/or payment. Charters cancelled within 24 hours or less of departure will be billed a $500 fee per bus. We reserve the right to cancel a charter if any required deposit or payment is not received by due date. Refunds will be processed within 2-4 weeks from cancellation date. |
